    Class Registration
    Childbirth Education

    Pre- registration and payment is required prior to all classes. Please register at least 10-days prior to the first class to ensure your place. Partners are encouraged to attend all classes. No registration will be accepted at the door. Please bring your confirmation letter with you to all of the classes you are scheduled to attend. Please bring two pillows and a blanket.

    Classes are offered as a package (Basic or Deluxe) or individual. See registration form for more information. You will receive a confirmation letter with class dates and locations in the mail.

    Directions:

    1. Print Registration and Parent Profile forms
    2. Clearly fill in the preferred dates/times for the desired classes.
    3. Complete the Parent Profile
    4. Bring forms and payment to The Health Center or Mail.

    Due to high volume of class registrations, we are unable to accept registrations by phone.


    Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:

    We reserve the right to cancel classes that do not meet minimum attendance requirements. All classes are non-refundable.
