About Us
Our Mission
Memorial Medical Center is part of Memorial Hospitals Association, a not-for-profit organization that exists to maintain and improve the health status of citizens in the greater Stanislaus County. Licensed for 423 acute care beds and accredited by The Joint Commission, Memorial extends selected services to other communities whenever this will meet the critical needs and when it will enhance the productivity of local resources.
Memorial is affiliated with Sutter Health, a family of not-for-profit hospitals, physician organizations and other medical services that share resources and expertise to advance health care quality and access. Serving more than 100 communities in Northern California, Sutter Health is a regional leader in cardiac care, cancer treatment, orthopedics, obstetrics, and newborn intensive care, and is a pioneer in advanced patient safety technology.
We pursue our mission by providing and promoting effective health care services and by fostering an integrated system of care in partnership with physicians, other health care providers, and payers. We provide access to a full continuum of care, built upon a core of sophisticated hospital-based services. For information on Memorial Medical Center's Patient Services,
