Volunteers Make a Difference

|

Since 1953, volunteers have helped Memorial Hospitals Association provide community based, not for profit health care services in Stanislaus County.
Memorial Medical Center’s Volunteers are a group of more than 140 men and women who support local health care by donating nearly 30,000 hours of service each year. In 2006, the Volunteers contributed $150,000 to Memorial for health-related projects and scholarships. Volunteers assist with clerical duties, provide information and assistance, and operate fundraising events and the GifTree gift shop.
Volunteers at Memorial enjoy making new friends, developing new interests, sharing their unique talents and experiencing personal fulfillment while they make a difference in our community. Volunteers are part of the “Memorial family” and are invited to participate in hospital-sponsored activities.
