This class is for those who have completed the 12-week strength and fitness session and have mastered modified and beginner Pilates exercises.
The concept of Pilates, led by Starr Carson-Cleary, adds challenge and intensity movements using the original Joseph Pilates full mat program. You will enjoy the novelty of new movements and notice you are being challenged to a safe and higher level of fitness and body awareness. All movements will be demonstrated with modifications and challenge moves.
Classes are held from 10:45 to 11:45 a.m. on designated Tuesdays and Thursdays. Evening sessions are also available.
